Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through flirexa.biz. The free tier is, well, free — no refunds apply because no payment was made.
10-day money-back guarantee
First-time purchasers: if Flirexa does not work for your stated use case, request a full refund within 10 days of your initial payment.
How to request a refund
- Email support@flirexa.biz from the address used for the purchase.
- Briefly describe what you tried, what didn't work, and (optionally) what you expected.
- We respond within 3 working days. If we can fix the issue we will offer to do so first; if you want the refund anyway, you'll get it.
This guarantee covers the initial purchase only. Renewal payments after the first 10-day window are governed by the regular cancellation policy below.
Standard cancellation
You may cancel any active subscription at any time:
- Through your subscription portal (link sent in your activation email).
- By emailing support@flirexa.biz with the email used at purchase.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the paid tier features through that date; no renewal charge is made afterwards. We do not pro-rate partial billing periods — the fairness compromise is the upfront 10-day money-back guarantee.
What is not refundable
- Renewal payments after the first 10-day window, except in the specific cases listed below ("Exceptional refunds").
- Cryptocurrency network / gas fees — when issuing a refund in the original currency, we deduct the network fee for sending the transaction. The refund amount is
(original payment) − (network fee at refund time). - Annual subscriptions, after 10 days of use — annual plans are sold at a discount; mid-term refunds aren't possible without making the discount unsustainable. Cancel before the next renewal to stop billing.
Exceptional refunds
We will issue refunds outside the 10-day window if:
- A documented bug in Flirexa makes a feature you specifically paid for unusable, and we cannot fix it within 30 days of your bug report.
- We materially change the feature set of your tier in a way that removes a capability you were paying for. We commit to not doing this without 30-day advance notice — if we do remove a feature, affected customers can request a refund of the most recent billing period.
- Your subscription is suspended due to a Flirexa-side error (license-server outage, licensing-system bug). We refund the days you were unable to use the paid features.
How refunds are paid out
Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency you used to pay. We do not convert across currencies (e.g. you paid in BTC → you get BTC back; not USDT).
If you no longer have access to the wallet you paid from, contact support@flirexa.biz — we will work with you to find an acceptable alternative payment destination, but reserve the right to require additional verification (signed message from the original wallet, transaction proof, etc.) to prevent fraud.
Network fees for issuing the refund are deducted from the refund amount.
Disputes and chargebacks
Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain — there is no equivalent of a credit-card chargeback. If you dispute a charge:
- Email support@flirexa.biz first. We respond to most cases within 24 hours.
- If we cannot reach agreement, we escalate to NOWPayments (the payment processor) for arbitration of the on-chain dispute.
We do not issue duplicate refunds: if you've already received a refund for a payment and dispute it again afterwards, we will provide proof of the prior refund and decline.
Free tier downgrade
If you cancel your paid subscription, your install automatically reverts to the FREE tier at the end of the billing period. Your data is not affected — clients, servers, payment history all remain in your local install. You simply lose access to the paid plugins until you re-subscribe.
