Monthly, annual or Lifetime
The billing period does not change the tier
Monthly and annual licences provide the selected tier while the paid term is active and renew until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the selected tier and includes future standard product updates.
A Lifetime licence remains bound to the licensed installation. It uses periodic validation and a signed offline lease of up to 30 days after a successful check so a temporary licence-service outage does not immediately stop the paid panel.
Moving to another machine requires a licence transfer. The licence cannot be copied to operate several unlicensed installations or redistributed as a separate product.

First month
Every paid purchase includes one month of daily help with installation, activation, updates, and normal operation from the purchase date.
After onboarding
Paid customers retain priority ticket support. The team answers paid operator requests ahead of general enquiries.
Separately scoped work
Custom websites, branded application builds, custom features, unsupported source-porting, third-party costs, and work outside the included Enterprise migration can require a separate agreement.

Before choosing a licence
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact support or use the available checkout path to move to a higher tier. Existing local data remains in the installation while the new signed feature set unlocks the additional capabilities.
Does Business include branding changes?
No. Built-in appearance changes are an Enterprise boundary. Business focuses on multi-server operations, customer payments, automation, account credit, and standard DNS protection.
Can Business buy customer apps separately?
Yes, but Enterprise includes the standard app package and is intentionally the better-value path when you also need white-label and unlimited scale.
Does Enterprise include migration from my current VPN service?
Yes. Enterprise includes a standard migration into Flirexa at no additional Flirexa migration charge. We inspect the source and agree the mapping, canary, cutover, and rollback plan first. Third-party fees and custom software development remain separate.
What happens after a recurring licence ends?
Your local records are not deleted. Paid capabilities stop loading and the remaining operating boundary returns to FREE limits.
Which payment methods can I use to buy Flirexa?
The current checkout offers the available card/fiat path and cryptocurrency checkout. A provider's availability can depend on country, account, currency, and its own risk rules.
